Laura Truesdale is a licensed therapist with nearly three decades of clinical experience, known for bridging the clinical and the spiritual in her work with individuals navigating emotional complexity, transition, and inner change.
Her approach integrates psychology, heart-work, intuition, and faith- creatinga therapeutic space defined by safety, compassion, and emotional warmth. Laura works with clients who are reflective and self-aware, often successful on the outside, yet seeking deeper alignment and understanding on the inside.
As a heart-led leader, Laura believes that insight unfolds most powerfully when people feel seen and safe. Rather than offering quick fixes or prescriptive answers, she supports clients in making meaning of their internal world and integrating healing into lived experience.
In additional to her clinical practice, Laura is an author and teacher. Her upcoming book serves as the cornerstone of her thought leadership, extending her work beyond one-on-one sessions and offering a framework for those seeking a more integrated path to healing.
I am a HeartHealing client of Laura's and I feel so fortunate to have worked with her over these past couple years.
