My Experience
I’m Laura — a therapist, Master HeartHealing Practitioner, and guide with over 27 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. My greatest joy is helping people come home to themselves.
My path has led me to work deeply with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction — not just treating symptoms, but helping individuals uncover the hidden wounds and beliefs that keep them stuck. I believe in looking beyond the surface, into the stories that shaped your identity, and helping you release what no longer serves your highest good.
My approach is both clinical and soulful — blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and hypnotherapy with powerful modalities like BLAST and HeartHealing®. These tools help us access the subconscious mind and gently heal the deeper layers of pain and disconnection. Through this work, my clients reconnect with their self-worth, access inner peace, and begin living more authentically — spiritually, emotionally, and energetically.

Facilitated clinical program development of mental health and substance use disorder partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs.
